I have been working in the field of Mental Health Counseling for 6 years. I am a licensed Psychotherapist in the state of Florida. My license number is MH 10399. Previously, I worked in the Hillsborough County School system as an Elementary School Guidance Counselor for 2 years. I have a genuine love for children and a special interest in helping families become healthier, stronger and successful.
As a college student I was a sprinter for the BYU track team and a member of the Conference Championship team for 3 consecutive years. I also had the privilege to spend time abroad between my Junior and Senior year by doing humanitarian service in the Central American countries of Costa Rica and Panama.
My husband and I have been married for 22 years. Together we have raised our 4 children; one son and 3 daughters, who have brought us much joy. I spent over a decade as a stay-at-home Mother which has given me great insight into the struggles and challenges of Mothering. We settled in Tampa over 20 years ago when we were expecting our first child. Now I can't imagine living without the sun and the beach.
