I have been counseling children, families and individuals for nearly four years in the Tampa Bay area. I’m currently an intern for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. I have a special interest in working with clients from multicultural backgrounds, especially Spanish speaking, since I speak Spanish fluently.
I was born and raised in Ecuador, South America, and moved to Tampa when I was 17 years old. I moved away after I joined the military for four years while I also attended college in North Carolina. I returned to Tampa in 2005 and have been enjoying the wonderful weather here ever since. My husband and I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures.
